1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Aether Labs marketplace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aether Labs, a business registered in Greece.

2. Merchant of Record

Paddle is responsible for:

• Processing all payments and handling payment method authorization
• Collecting and remitting sales tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes
• Issuing invoices and receipts
• Managing billing inquiries and payment disputes
• Processing refunds and chargebacks
• Maintaining PCI-DSS compliance for payment security

By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available at paddle.com/legal.

3. Products and Services

Aether Labs offers digital products, specifically Minecraft server plugins ("Products"):

• Digital Goods: All products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
• Instant Delivery: Products are delivered immediately upon successful payment via download links in your account.
• License Grant: Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin according to the specific license terms provided with each product.
• Updates: Access to product updates is included for the duration specified in the product description.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected and may include applicable taxes:

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• VAT and other applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location
• Payment is processed immediately at checkout
• Accepted payment methods are determined by Paddle and may vary by region

5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Refund Policy:

• All sales are final once the digital product has been delivered and downloaded
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent product functionality, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
• No refunds for change of mind, compatibility issues, or failure to read product descriptions
• All refund requests must be submitted to Paddle, the Merchant of Record

6. User Accounts

To purchase and download products, you must create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

7. License and Usage Restrictions

When you purchase a plugin, you receive a license to use it subject to these restrictions:

• Prohibited: Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of plugins
• Prohibited: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying the source code (unless explicitly allowed)
• Prohibited: Using plugins for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights
• Allowed: Installation on your owned/controlled Minecraft servers as specified in the license
• Violation of license terms may result in license termination and legal action

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service and products are owned by Aether Labs or its licensors:

• Protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• Trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission
• User license grants limited rights only as specified in product documentation

9. Warranty Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee that products will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all Minecraft versions or other plugins
• We are not responsible for data loss or server issues resulting from plugin use
• You use products at your own risk

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Greek and EU law:

• Aether Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question
• We are not liable for damages caused by third-party services (including Paddle) or factors beyond our control
• These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (such as liability for fraud or gross negligence).

11. Support and Maintenance

Support is provided at our discretion:

• Basic technical support is available through our support system
• Support does not include custom development or server configuration assistance
• Updates and bug fixes are provided at our discretion
• We may discontinue support for older product versions

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Revoke licenses for abuse or unauthorized use

Upon termination, your right to use the Service and access downloaded products may be revoked.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union:

• Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece
• EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law
• You may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:

• Significant changes will be notified via email or website notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service
