How do I receive my plugin after purchase?
All plugins are delivered instantly as digital downloads. After completing your purchase, you can download your plugin directly from your account dashboard. You will also receive an email with download instructions.
Is there physical shipping?
No, all our products are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping involved. You get instant access after purchase.
How do I install a plugin?
1) Download the plugin JAR file from your account. 2) Stop your Minecraft server. 3) Upload the JAR file to your server's plugins folder. 4) Restart your server. 5) Configure the plugin according to the included documentation.
Can I re-download my plugins?

Can I share or resell plugins?
No. Redistribution, sharing, or reselling of plugins is strictly prohibited and violates the license agreement. Each server owner must purchase their own license.

What happens to my license if my server closes?
Licenses are non-transferable. If you shut down your server, you cannot transfer the license to another person. However, you can use it on a new server you own (following the license terms).

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final upon download. By purchasing, you waive the 14-day EU withdrawal right as permitted for digital content. Refunds may be considered for technical issues that prevent functionality - contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Yes! All plugins include free updates for the duration specified in the product description (typically lifetime or for a specified period). Updates are delivered through your account dashboard.
What if a plugin doesn't work with my Minecraft version?
Always check the compatibility information on the plugin's product page before purchasing. We clearly list supported Minecraft versions. Incompatibility is not grounds for a refund, so please verify before buying.
